This privacy policy applies to all iOS and macOS applications (“Apps”) published by Aurea-Via Ltd on the Apple App Store and Mac App Store. This includes:

3. Data we collect

Our Apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

• No accounts or sign-up — Our Apps do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.
• No analytics or tracking — We do not use any analytics frameworks, crash reporting tools, or advertising trackers.
• No data transmitted to us — All data you enter or generate within our Apps stays on your device. We have no access to it.

4. API keys and credentials

Some of our Apps may allow you to enter third-party API keys or credentials (for example, an OpenAI API key). These credentials are:

• Stored locally on your device only (in the system keychain or app-sandboxed storage).
• Used solely to communicate directly between the App on your device and the third-party service provider.
• Never sent to Aurea-Via Ltd or any other party.

You are responsible for managing your own API keys and any usage or costs incurred with the third-party provider.

5. Third-party services

Our Apps may connect to third-party APIs (such as the OpenAI API) at your direction and using your own credentials. These connections are made directly from your device to the third-party service. We are not a party to that communication and do not intercept or store any data exchanged.

6. Apple

Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Mac App Store. Apple may collect certain data related to your use of the App Store, including purchase history and app usage information, in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We do not have access to any personally identifiable data from Apple.

7. Data sharing

Since we do not collect personal data through our Apps, there is no personal data to share with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.

8. Children's privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
